ProCount
In Merrick's integrated suite of products; ProCount is the module for production and plant allocations. ProCount allocates production volumes from the point of sales, or measurement, back to the well's producing completion based on volumes, BTU or molecular composition.

With ProCount's schematic drawing module, you can set up entire gathering systems for allocations, add new properties, confirm configurations with field personnel and more. Schematics, like the one shown here, allow you to add multiple objects (wells, meters, tanks, equipment) to a drawing at the same time and establish date sensitive connections between objects for allocation purposes.

Not only do the schematic drawings allow users to quickly visualize what is connected to their wells (e.g. upstream injection meters or downstream production tank) and how many tiers and products are involved in the allocation, but they also allow the user to easily navigate to the data behind each object. Clicking on a well, meter, tank or equipment icon within a drawing allows the user to open the record and look at all of the details directly.

ProCount interfaces with financial accounting systems from companies like SAP, CGI (Artesia), and P2E (Excalibur). ProCount also interfaces to economics and engineering software systems like Aries and DSS, and pulls in data from IHS.
